Hello, I need help, i cant unlock my 3rd relic slot and I dont know why. In class hall i dont have quests anymore except one "Speaking to the Wind" - Start a Research Work Order. But I cant do this quest because i already have Artifact Knowledge on lvl 40. So please help me someone and tell me what to do. Thanks for answers.
