Any news on this one? How other shamans completed this quest? No one could answer me. I went to the indicated place (which is Altar), and nothing happened. In wowpedia, they said when i reach the indicated location, action button will appear.

Be sure you're in the right place when trying to complete the artifact progression. Try to delete the Cache folder, ultimately make a ticket in-game since it's not a general problem. A GM will be able to help you.
