A few questions - knowledge needed

Hello , i have a few questions i would like answered , from someone that has more knowledge on how freakz works.
1. If i delete a character, lvl 100-109 will i be able to recover it ? - this keeps in mind that on the mop server you could recover a max lvl character(110 on legion)
2. If i delete the character i transfered the MoP mounts and pets will i keep them ? - if they are lost and i have another char with the same name as on MoP will i keep them or still lose them ?
3. Is it possible to add more "character slots" ?
