[ACHIVMENT] Existential Crisis

Bug description: we did achivment-run with guild, all the other achivments from Glory of Uldir raider, the last one didnt count ( we did with a grup of ten ppl, almost all range so we are sure nobody took green balls ( other then his) , i cannot provide any kind of evidence ( achivment is impossible to track )

The strange part is that the achievemnt is trackable: check the 'Track' (checkbox in the Achievements window) and it shows up white on the side of the screen (as explained here. It should become red when someone soaks balls spawned by other players, but it did not during our trials, even if I intentionally soaked other players green balls (sic!) when leader called for a wipe. So sorry I did not record or screenshot it, but we will next time we try it.

My guess is that the tracking of the ball soaking is not working properly, since the moment a players soaked the wrong one, it should have turned to red, propmting for a wipe & retry.

after you go out of instance achivment tracking is reseting so again, that kind of traking is not working properly on freakz
