Account recently registered doesnt login in-game

I just downloaded the full client for 7.3.5, and I'm starting the game with the correct launcher "launcher_freakz-735-64", I can login through the main website https://www.wow-freakz.com/ but I'm trying in-game and I can't.

I've tried with the e-mail and with my username none of those work, also ran as administrator any idea why

Hello. It is possible that you cannot log in because the 7.3.5 PTR has the copy of all accounts which were on 7.2.5 up to 1 week before it's release, so it is possible that the 7.3.5 database doesn't have your account at all. You can play on the 7.2.5 live realm or wait for 7.3.5. live to launch, which is expected to be at the end of the month.

Yeah that was the issue thanks! Is working all fine with the 7.2.5 client now
