[Achievement Mechanics] Not showing up on other characters.

Bug description:

Achievements I have earnt on my warrior can not be linked on my druid of the same account, on retail if i had a Mythic or Dungeon win completion achiecvement it would also be earnt for my alts.

Proof:

This is 2 toons from my retail account, notice the mythic achievements and other dungeons are earnt on the same day.

The achievement was never completed by your alt as well, but the whole Achievement points system was account wide, so if you would mouse over the achievement you would see that it's says it's completed by Zharakal, however you would have the same points as if you would have completed it and you would be able to link it.

Example: "Glory of the Legion Raider 25 Points - Progress on this achievement is shared account wide."
I believe this is an important aspect of the game.
