Bug description: using https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=65898&&name=billy-goat-blaster-dx over the https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=46393&&name=billy-goat doesn't make the counter move, it is still at 0/12. Even if you punch 12 Billy goat under 1 minute it doesn't give you the achievement.
