[Achievement] Some quest achievements now require completing specific storylines

Bug description: "Quest achievements for the Eastern Kingdoms, Kalimdor, Outland, Northrend, and Cataclysm now require completing specific storylines as opposed to a specific number of quests, similar to quest achievements from Pandaria onwards."

Bug description: Achievement progress should be counted after completing final quests of certain questlines. However in most locations final quests are not working/are not reachable (because quest in questline is not working) or completing final quest is not giving achievement progress.

Example is Northern Barrens achievement (https://www.wow-freakz.com/achievements.php?achievement=4933&&name=northern-barrens-quests), I completed whole Mysteries of the Oases questline (https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=880&&name=altered-beings and https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=877&&name=the-stagnant-oasis), but didn't progress achievement.
