Bug description: Every time I relog or even do a /reload, my actionbars clear themselves.

This issue that you're having is not a bug, it's an issue that some players might encounter.
Try to delete Cache and if that's not working try to delete from the interface folder the following folder: FrameXML
If you still have issues the support channel from discord might be the right zone to ask questions.
