The AddOns page was removed in order to be updated since it still had addons for 7.2.5. It will be back soon enough.

Go to Curse WoW website, select your addon, click on files and download file for 7.3.5 version.

If there are lots of files per page, click the button to show more and a new button appears that allows you to chose patch 7.3.5 versions only.

Hope this helps. All of my addons are working by doing it this way.
