[All][All]Purge/Dispel not registering via addons

WoW Freakz spell link: All purge and dispel spell mechanics
Bug description: Addons like recount/skada/details should be able to register purge dispel occurring in game. That however no longer happening after update to 7.2.5

Confirmed, addons such as Details! / Recount / Skada / Erre, will not display dispell / purge effects.

Addons such as ERT (Exorsus Raid Tools) will still work properly, and show them accordingly.
