Bug description: Switched from assassination to subtlety inside a bg today before it started, stats were extremely squished (mainly stamina, idk if crit should be 86% as it says in the "before" picture). The stats don't change once the bg starts and switching back to either spec doesn't fix the stats.

Reequipping weapon fixes it, but I saw this occur for a long time

Confirmed it does squish your stats and reequiping your weapon fixes it.
