Arena spectate

Arena spectate at start was a great ideea for arena population but now some problems have appeared .
A high rated regular combo will always get snipped by a high mmr player + low mmr player ( an alt)
3v3 is imposible this way. You will always be watched. Your playstile/ "tactic" / gear / setup will always be available for everyone even if you have not faced them yet.
And the second one would be the damage / resurect exploit. Cc's breaking for no reason and people getting resurected.
Disable arena spectate. Keep a npc which will only display the mmr . For example. 2670 vs 2720. Thats it. No spectate.

Lololol never experienced that cc break and resses you mentioned Anyways,great suggestion,the staff should really do that,just display mmr so if they're close to yours you que into it,doesn't matter who is playing right now.

It's a good ideea what are you saying, but if we take the bad part of this is because players can wintrade like crazy without the spectator vision or maybe doing some kind of exploits, guilds who are doing 1v1/2v2 events with gold or $$ and everything they need challenge mode and spectator vision so players can see who is winning, this topic have a good part and a bad part

How can arena spectate npc improve PvP? Go to elwyn forest/durotar and see how many people are just sitting next to it and spectating. People are just dodging counter comps. If we are trying to be blizzlike server than why do we have arena spectate in first place ?

@Sumoo that's the point of that npc, you can spectate. Do you think they will join more if this thing is removed? I don't think so, this is the point of a "Arena Spectate", you can spectate another player. You can't force someone to join if they don't want, for me is a bad ideea, also you can spectate someone who abuse a bug. Think more about that section named "Ban Request" and how this npc helped us. Btw, if they want to dodge you or someone else, they join 1-2 times in arena and after that they don't que anymore or I will add you to my friend list and I'm going to see if you are in arena... you can dodge and without the arena specate npc.

It's one of the best ideeas, players will stop dodging and snipin` with anti-comps. And also they will start queing more.

Partially good idea.
For 3v3 it would be best to remove the spectate part and show only the ratings... like the OP said.
For 2v2 I think spectate works well. I wouldn't remove it because
- a lot of people are enjoying it
- it's one of the best ways to spot exploiters and hackers.

Raven3 has a strong point.

Won't dodging still occur? People usually dodge by checking the location of a player which changes as soon as that specific player enters an arena. You have to wait for the game to start in order for it to be "spectable", during those seconds, you actually miss several beatable teams.
