[REJECTED] Artefact Skin Mythic +15 buggy, dont get it. ilvl still white not lilac couse 905ilvl

Bug description: Hello. 2 Things : My Artifact Skin for doing a Mythic +15 is not free. Did a +15 today look at Picture. Also my ilvl is not lilac couse i cant finish the Archivment with all slots with a ilvl base (u know, these one with 840 on each slot an so on. I guess it depents on my Char. He is boosted by Freakz to lvl 105 by starting playing on Freakz. I get a Pala and a Warlock at the start. But its bad for me it is not a normal char. is there a way to fix that on my Char? ilvl would be great and weapon skin also. And there is a Question on: what else is buggy on the boosted chars?
