Artifact upgrade location missing

My felblood altar where you level up warlock artifact weapons is totally missing from my game. How do I get this fixed so I can play again? Sadge

Hello manytickleman,

You haven't done the Class Hall questchain. You get access to the Altar (and mission table, class hall upgrade NPC etc) during the first few quests of the chain.

I have a fulll donated account and have purchased everything so I dont have to do the quest chain. I have this toon and 5 others fully donated. The other toons dont have any issues so I dont know why this is a problem now.

I used this toon many times pre-Antorus but I just logged back last week for the first time since the change and I have been slogging through so many problems with my donated toons. The altar was there before the change and it shouldn't be gone now since all other upgrade locations are still active on all of my other fully donated toons. I never did the quest chain the first time either because once again, I purchased the skip for the quest chain.

Not only that but you can also clearly see that I have the artifact weapon on my back and the other 2 for warlock as well. Why is it so hard to just fix it so I can move on?

The things have changed after the transition to 7.3.5. Now you need to complete the questchains and with each quest you unlock something else, like the previous comment from my colleague stated. It is not related to the donations and it is not a bug. Simply do the quests and you will unlock everything that you need.
