Ashbringer and new traits

Hello, I don't know if this is the right section for this, but I don't know where else I should post it. The problem is, that after completing the quest for unlocking the new traits, it unlocked for my Holy spec and Protection spec, however, it did not for Retribution. When I sent a ticket I have been advised to delete Cache, change spec and relog, afterwards the quest should have appeared. I did it, but nothing helped.
