[BFA/Drustvar/The Pride of Kul Tiras] Thros, the Blighted Lands

Bug description: Went down to that room under the tree in Drustvar where I fought that boss but no event is occuring. I tried relogging, deleting cache, resetting the mission a few times but nope. Maybe there's some condition I'm missing like I was supposed to do all the dungeon quests beforehand not just Tol'Dagor but the horde side had only one dungeon too before the scenario so idk.
