Badlands Quests horde achievement

Bug description: Most quests on horde side are bugged as followed unable to complete this achievement you need 35 quests to complete this

5.Return to Blam (gets unlocked if the 2 pre quests are completed)
Quest chain:
1.Amakkar, Jack of All Trades ( bugged unlocks the other quests)
2.Jurrix the Striker
3.Gargal, the Behemoth
4.The Wrath of a Dragonflight
5. Their Hunt Continues
6.The Sorrow and the Fury
7.The Hidden Clutch
8.Rheastrasza's Gift
9.Devastation (not working on horde)
