Character name: Calenara
Bug description: Maloriak does not use any abilities during the fight, in neither of his phases.
Proof: As you can see, Maloriak is below 25% health and thus should release the 'remaining' adds. But, not a single add ever spawned during the fight. He's basically a dummy, like another boss in this raid, mentioned in the Trello report. However, this boss was not mentioned in the Trello report, so I figured I'd post it here.
