Bug description: The inquisitor (and his eyes) in Stormheim cave are not spawned while for Gathenak the npc Tehd Shoemaker doesn't have any gossip option. Achievement isn't completable. (Also second mob has correct abilities but wrong level and hp)

Proof: Click on the links above. (I'm talking about the PTR database, not 7.2.5)

Confirmed, the requirements for the achievement are not scripted, not a priority atm.
