Bug description: This quesst is bugged on my charachter, it shows as it is ready to turn in but when I try to turn it in nothing happens, every week I tried different things to debug it, but it never seems to work, keeping in mind that i have made the legendary item 2 times before, I believe the bug started when I tried ti make it a third time, i got the quest to kill Elli in Nighthold, and when I got the item from her and went back to the broken shore to give finish the quest, the neather disruptor was not active, which might have caused my issue. I have been unable to make legionaries since :/ Can you help? Thank you so much for your time
