Bug description: On the pillar of Falanar Depths, I do not have the option to click. Being that he is the last one to complete the quest.
The quest does not give me the option to quit to start over.

The quest works: Imgur Link
Try to exit the game completely, delete your cache folder, re-enter and see if works.
If that doesn't work, make a ticket and we'll see what can be done.
