Bug regarding my character always offline in the friendlist and impossible to receive mail

Bug description: My character, and only this character, is always offline inside of my friends friendlist, and it is also impossible for everyone to send mail to him. I tried to delete the cache and also to do an unstuck from the website, but the problem is still there. The character name is Essien, troll shaman

When Legion was launched, you were able to create multiple characters with the same name.
