Details: (optional) : I purchesed the item for 8000g to unlock the hidden appearance for Titanstrike, and used it but the new skin was not added. I made a ticket ingame and was instructed to make a post here in order to get the 8000g back since the item seems to be broken.

Hello, i used it on my character and it did not add the skin, so i don't know what kind of proof i can bring. But if there is any way to check my gold logs you can clearely see me spend the 8000g, and the item is not working (which i did not know)
