I did the class hall missions and got these quest items rewarded before I had the quest in my quest log. After I got the quest item that starts the quest from the chest in Suramar, I went to complete the quest, since I already had all the required items, but the NPC didn't want to complete my quest. So I tried abandoning the quest, but that automatically deleted all my quest items that I got from class hall missions, so I can't get them again because the missions don't spawn anymore, and I've waited to see if they spawn again for a month or so.
