[COMPLETED] Accidentally bought Race change instead of faction change. No word from shop email

Details: (optional) I wanted to buy faction change but I bought race change accidentally, please refund.

Happened on friday night/ saturday morning. I still havent used the change it is still sitting on my hero page.
I sent an email immediately to freakz shop but I haven't heard back yet.

Could you refund this for me please, or could you replace it with a Faction change. I have unlocked lightforged draenei and wanted to make my warrior into one.

Done
