Details: (optional): I've logout and when i come back, my tank artifact dissapeared, i've got it back on mail, but i've lost 22 lvls and now when i try to put ap on traits it don't let me....I've been in my class hall at forge and i can't do shit, i don't want to loose my relics, i've already lost my ap from this wep , so do something.... i don't want i new artifact, i've invested time in this wep...., are you a capable gm or what ???

IF its a bugged item problem it can be removed and given a replacement.
