[COMPLETED] Artifact quest oopsie

I was just doing the Artifact (Ashbringer) questline and I am already in the part where I have to go into the Sanctum of Light in Light's Hope Chapel. Was messing around in the hall and I have empowered Ashbringer before I talked to the NPC who is going to ask me to empower the Ashbringer. Now I can't continue the questline since I don't have Artifact Power to reset it nor does the dwarf do anything useful aside from saying "Greetings, {name}", and I cannot empower Ashbringer to the next tier. I did an oopsie, I know, but can I at least have this quest marked as complete anyway since I cannot complete it on my own now. Sorry for the trouble.

Hello cinogolosa!

This actually isnt an item recovery-related request - You should still be able to empower the artifact (but with one more trait) after recieving enough artifact power, so I suggest you try running a dungeon or two, just to get enough AP to upgrade it again. The quest should complete then.
