Details: (optional): I bought both of these mounts on the website this afternoon (150 vote points in total) and I didn't receive them in my collection or inventory (I had space in my bags). I waited about 2 hours and the mounts are still missing. Before I purchased them I had 190 vote points and now I have 40 left and no mounts.
