[COMPLETED] Paladin Retri artifact weapon recovery

Details: (optional) I have a Paladin Protection and yesterday i started the artefact quest and i started as Retribution. I completed all the chapters until the last one, chapter 8, where i had to go and take the Ashbringer. I didn't make the artefact quest on the PTR so i had no idea of what to come. I saw the Ashbringer, there were some mobs on the way, in that cave, but i didn't kill them. I used Divine Shield and Divine Steed and went directly to the Ashbringer; picked it up and when the boss spawned i had 3-4 mobs behind me and hitting me, and the boss at the same time and i died. I released spirit, respawned in the cave, in front of the boss but the Ashbringer dissapearead, my hands were empty, not even in the bag (i have the artifact weapons for Protection and Holy). I tried to logout and try again but the boss Evade all my attacks. After that i used the hearthstone and went back to Dalaran.

Try doing it again after delete cache and reply if it worked

i can't start the quest again; it's like I already completed it but my weapon is gone. You can't roll me back, take the other 2 artifact weapons, and let me do the quest again??
