[COMPLETED] Thasdorah-legacy-of-the-windrunners and q Hunter to Hunter missing

Details: My artifact weapon disappeared again. The quest is complete, the Beast Mastery, Survival Artifact weapons left.
After finalizing stage Take Thas'dorah with my hunter Neriell and getting artifact by clicking on Vereesa I got ported back to Dalaran and the q chain and the bow disappeared. I've got in the mail artifacts for survival and beast mastery specks. I have tried to use artifact fix on Frekz page but it does not work.
I can't continue with the q line (https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=40952&name=hunter-to-hunter) because q giver is not visible in Dalaran - it looks like the server does not register that I have completed Rescue mission scenario because I can do the mission all over again
Note that I have tried doing q line from the start again but with the same result only now in the mail I have few beast mastery and survival weapon and no bow
Below I have added screenshot at the final stage of the q line where is visible that I've got the weapon and the screenshot taken later in Dalaran with 4 artifact (2x survival and 2x beastmastery) in the mail
Please don't tell me to write a ticket in game because I did't that already with the rejection saying I need to post on forum (which I also did 2 weeks ago and which was also rejected saying I need to make a ticket
