Details: So a few days ago I bought toys in the shop for money and these are the one which doesn't work. The "Jewel of Hellfire" is the only one I purchased for vote points. Idk if this changes something.
So my qustion is if there's a chance to get these items refunded or replaced or something.

For the ones purchased from wow shop send an email to "[email protected]" and request a refund or replace them.

For the vote points one choose a different toy to replace it with, tell me the item id
