[COMPLETED] mistake on item ID while buying transmog item

Hello, first of all i want to say is my first time using forum so i hope i went to the right section, also english is not my main language, thanks for understanding, here is what happened:

Yesterday i bought 10 transmog items for my paladin but one of them was a clothe item (elegant robes ID:10215) i made mistake and put wrong the item i wanted, all the other items where the right ones, and i wanted to know if its possible to change that item for the one i wanted, or i can get a refund for it so i can get buy the other one, i have donated before and never had issues here, this was my mistake and i accept it but i will continue buying fro mthe shop i nthe future and i hope you can help me with this, the item i wanted was a shield (i bought 2 but wanted 3) the name is: Replica Grand Marshal's Aegis ID:77596, thank you for you time

edit: also i want to buy this item (Ensemble: Fierce Gladiator's Scaled Armor ID:149498) can you guide me about how to get it so i made no mistakes, thanks again

IF you bought them from wow shop you have to email and sort it out "[email protected]"
