Can't log in

I can't log in with neither my Username or email address I signed up with, I keep getting an 'Unable to loggin with what you have entered' error. I am using the wow-freakz launcher and not wow.exe. Please advise on what I should do futher\.

Hello Frets!

Can you log into the website fine? Are you sure you're logging in with your in-game info and not forum info? Are you sure you have the right version of the game? Try disabling any antivirus / firewall you might have, and check all the things written before, and see if it works.

I am trying to loggin with the info I used to sign up to the site and yes I am using the correct launcher the standard wow-freakz.exe launcher. my antivirus is disabled atm and the game has firewall permissions as well

Are you running the game as an administrator? Right click the launcher and select "Run as administrator" to be sure the launcher has all the privilleges it needs to read and write to the disk to be able to correctly run.

Yes, I had another account I forgot to authenticate which works but I can't log into this specific one.
