Cannot get any credit for Quest: Kel'danath's Legacy

Bug description: When I use the channeling spell, I do not get credit. I tried dropping the quest and getting it again. I also tried logging out and back in several times. I tried to look up some previous bug reports on the forums but I couldn't find anything that worked for me. Please advise. Thank you.

The chance isn't 100%, it can take several attempts.

There are no issues though, it's working as intended.
