Bug description: Oracle Orphan it's not offering you normal quests other than final one and also final quest offered by Orphan is not correct. Quest, which he is offering, Back to the Orphanage (https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=28879&&name=back-to-the-orphanage) is for people, who already have a pet from this Orphan (for example from last event), here instead is for all people, which prevents getting Curious Oracle Hatchling in normal way (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=46545&&name=curious-oracle-hatchling).
