Bug description: Can't connect to 7.3.5 i downloaded recommended build, which is not last build for 7.3.5 but still can't connect with recommended build '(26365)', last build was 26972 i'm not sure why server not using latest core build or there is reason behind that for using that build. btw i got disconnected on realm selection which is 99% cause of wrong client!=server build

Your characters aren't visible on the website for you, most site features aren't working for PTR.

My account works perfectly fine, yet I also see no characters on the site - it's normal.

Remember that the PTR account copies were created 10 days before the launch of the PTR.

Did you...

- Create the account 10 or less day before the PTR launch? If so, it doesn't exist at all on PTR.
- Change your password 10 or less days before PTR launch? If so, you need to use your old password.

Also, some users make the mistake of trying to login using their e-mail - you need to use your account name. E-mail logins don't work at all on PTR.

Could you show what's in your WTF folder? Could be something wrong with config files.

That info is only valid for 7.2.5.

You are trying to connect to 7.2.5 using a 7.3.5 client now - which doesn't work.

It's not a server-side problem.

@Antoniamaria Delete your Cache folder and it'll work again. This issue popped up yesterday for many people.
