Bug description: When you hide behind something that disrupts the line of sight between the target and the miniboss when he casts the beam, you should not be taking any damage.
Proof:

As you can see here, I am clearly behind the wall but I still have the debuff on me and I was taking continuous damage.



Hard to see, but the boss was casting the beam on the shaman and he was taking damage as well whilst behind the wall.

Can confirm, tried to avoid it hundreds of times, always get it. Also the trash mob which procs mini boss to come attack you have aoe which gives u dot is not avoidable

Its a channeling spell, after is casted on the target it stays no matter if you go LoS as long as channeling is already on going.
You can however LoS during the 1 second cast time the spell have to prevent the channeling to start, its intended that way for every channeling ability/spell

Around 15:20, you can see how it's intended to be played like.. lock prevents cast, backup cast of it goes on hunter which is too slow to interrupt it and channeling goes through wall anyway. This was used to prevent the beam going twice on same ppl to avoid stacks going too high and diminish dps loss

Edit: The Fel Detonation from the Enforcer that you are saying is not avoidable, is working properly and can line of sighted just fine
