Crush the Crown and Lovely Dresses can't x-mog

Bug description: Sprayers not spawning and can't destroy chemical wagon.
Proof: Standing 2 yards from the wagon, use the bomb says requires the chemical wagon. I can use it on the one in forest outside Stormwind to work around that - but that doesn't fix the issue of the Sprayers not spawning. I have been in this zone for over 30 minutes and NOT ONE has spawned.

Same as above - except the chem wagon isn't even there. Not enemies either - I had to go to the Horde version location (Hillsbrad) to kill the guys.

The dresses aren't even transmoggable while they are show in the collections list as being able to be collected for transmog.
