Bug description: It says he is alive, but he isnt, he never spawns.

I wasn't able to reproduce the issue so, could be a phasing. Please abandon the quest, delete cache and unstuck. Then pick the quest up and do it again. Also, don't do it in a group because it's a class hall specific quest.

Yes, it worked like a 1-2 days later, i forgot to post it here.
I did abandon couple of times, did it on my own, not in group, and still there wasn't anyone (although on freakz it says its alive). There was no NPC, nor the mobs, it was like an abandoned town xD
Well, it worked after a while, so you can lock this now
