DH questing problem - Quests not showing

Hello, after my "transfer" here I`m trying to finish my DH starting zone quests. However, I cant see any quests. From what I know I should be getting at least No.7 and No. 15 from this list:

Also I believe there is another quest after "10. Take Give Me Sight Beyond Sight " where I should kill the demon inside the cave.

Please help - Should I be doing these quests as the DH I have has been boosted to 105 because of the transfer?

You don't need the starting zone when migrated
