[DUPLICATE] [Achievements] Draenor Pathfinder not working / weird behavior

Bug description: The effects of the Draenor Pathfinder achievement are not account wide, as they should be. Further, the achievement is no longer "completed" by my main character. My main (who initially did the 'fixed' version back on the 7.2.5 patch) can still fly - but all my other chars can't, which sucks. Could you look into this? Thanks!

The issue about the passive not being account-wide was already reported here. There's also a different bug report about the passive on newly created chars here. So in total, both of these issues will be looked into.
