I have the exact same problem, which means I cannot deliver Assault on the Broken Shore, finishing that questline.
What's worse, I thought maybe I could reset it - so I abandoned it and went to Dalaran to repick it and go deliver it back down. Unfortunately, it starts the whole scenario again... Can you please make it done, so I can meet the Argus req?
