Proof: Hello i have issues with this quest bcause i did already 5 times this dungeon but the quest item doesnt drop it, i think it's a bug so anyone can help me what can i do ?
( yes i tryed on mythic diff, i tryed in raid too -- not worked at all)

As you can see Fallen Power is one them it will be fixed in time, until it's fix continue your journey on different quests.
