Bug description: Katy's Stampwhistle - useful mailbox toy bugged
Proof:

I voted for this toy, cause quest item and quesltine for it is not working as far as I know.

And the useful toy itself is bugged as well. After clicking on 'I'd like to check my mail' message a mailbox option should spawn, but nothing happens.

The mailbox next to it what you see on picture is Moll-E which I spawned after, engineering toy.
