[DUPLICATE] [Mage][Frost] Fingers of Frost exploit

Bug description: You can use one charge of Fingers of Frost to get 2 Ice Lances that benefit from the buff.

How to test:
1. Have a haste Buff like Icy Veins or Icy Veins + Timewarp.
2. Get somewhat close to the target.
3. Get 1x Fingers of Frost proc, use the proc and immediately after cast another Ice Lance. You would see that both benefit from the 1x FoF proc.

It only works when you have high levels of haste and are close to the target.

Needless to say, this is a huge bug, because (besides the free damage) the extra Ice Lance cast this way counts towards Thermal Void stacking.

In the first SS you can see I only have 1x charges of FoF and in the second SS you can see that I cast an extra Ice Lance that also acted like it was under FoF buff.

P.S.: I have a feeling this might be a general bug, that other classes benefit from aswell. No proof yet though.
