[DUPLICATE] [Mists of Pandaria] Heart of Fear trash mobs don't reset

Character name: Xigiul - Ixigul - Gixiul (i've tested with all my pgs)
Bug description: As you can see in the video, trash mobs into Heart of Fear 10 normal don't respawn when i reset the normal 10 mode even if the first boss is up so i haven't take the id for it (see pics for confirm that i haven't take id). The same happen with my all other pgs.

Trash mobs should reset before weekly reset only if you haven't killed any boss (just trash), otherwise it won't reset. Please tell me if you did so.

Raid isn't reseting after changing difficulties / click the reset button.
