[DUPLICATE] [Monk][Brewmaster] Gift of the Ox

Bug description: As it says in spell, Gift of the Ox is supposed to spawn spheres around you which only you are available to see. So, the problem is that they don't spawn often enough. They are supposed to proc way often when you are on low hp.

There is a trait - (Obstinate Determination - Gift of the Ox summons an additional Healing Sphere when your health drops below 35%).

Another trait - (Overflow - Each time Gift of the Ox generates a Healing Sphere, it has a 5% chance to instead generate a Greater Healing Sphere that heals for twice as much).
(That almost never happens.)

That allows you to do *corner tanking*, also spheres are supposed to spawn mostly on your right side. So *corner tanking* is the thing when you stand beside wall, hugging it with your right shoulder. Then every sphere would spawn under your legs, it would keep you alive vs raid bosses without healers taking care of you because of trait Overflow/Obstinate Determination and it procs Celestial Fortune as well.
(Imagine Brewmaster rolling around encounter platform to catch all spheres, because they spawn everywhere. Madness)

They don't spawn often enough. Sometimes when Brewmaster is under 35% health they dont spawn at all. Concidering that there is like 5 competitive Brewmasters on whole Felsong i understand this thing not working. After Celestial
Fortune fix, this is the only thing that is standing between Brewmaster and Mythic raids.

Confirmed as main Brewmaster, the problem with the spheres is the more damage you take more healing spheres spawn, considering logs from retail on Mythic bosses like Tichondrious , Spellblade, Krosus the healing spheres spawn rate is almost half or even less than half the spheres spawning on retail logs on the same bosses.
Did some research and found Q and A from developer on retail on how Gift of The Ox passive should work:

Q: Is the Brewmaster Gift of the Ox proc chance based on the amount of damage the player takes? It appears so given the "inconsistency" of the proc.

A: It's no longer a random chance, under the hood. When you are hit, it increments a counter by (DamageTakenBeforeAbsorbsOrStagger / MaxHealth). It now drops an orb whenever that reaches 1.0, and decrements it by 1.0. The tooltip still says ‘chance’, to keep it understandable.

Gift of the Mists multiplies that counter increment by (2 - (HealthBeforeDamage - DamageTakenBeforeAbsorbsOrStagger) / MaxHealth); ie, a simple linear 0-100% increase based on missing health, counting the hit as a full hit.

Part 2:

Q: - Is the damage calculated pre-mitigation/absorb, or is it basically "amount of health lost"? (e.g., if you had a -50% damage taken effect, and a 50k absorb shield, then took a 200k hit, what would be the final value of Damage?)

A: Damage is the full damage of the hit, before absorbs, before Stagger. HealthPercentAfterDamage is with stagger taken into account, but not other absorbs. Mitigation does reduce Damage. In your example, Damage would be 100k.

Honestly Joshbang, its not only that it spawns almost never, i aswell have to chase them through whole encounter platform. For example Star Augur Etraeus, in some critical moments you gotta get the spheres but you can't because they are in middle of group stacked behind the boss.
