[DUPLICATE] [Paladin][Protection] Eye of Tyr (Artifact Weapon Spell Range Problem)

Bug description: Range is problem as you can see on wowhead its 8 yard, before i didn't have problems lately i notice on pulls tested also Eye of Tyr on duel and it hits on 8yard+. On my regular +Mythic pulls i notice it pulls groups from 8+ yards and goes Thru wall, For example it can pull in Maw of Souls mobs from Upper deck when on lower deck.
