Character name: Archmage Khadgar
Bug description: my problem is not solved. I have reached level 90 and I have no assignment. I have no assignments at all. See screenshot. The NPC doesn't give me a task and he doesn't have a question mark either. The task in the guide is not clickable.

Same here as a mag'har orc I cant speak with khadgar. and continue to draenor content.

Also the pandaria questline which starts with [The Art of War] seems does not work. It does not trigger the cut scene when you enter the room.
